The president of Buryatia Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn gave a task to the Minister of education and science Aldar Damdinov and to the mayor of Ulan-Ude Gennady Aidaev to create groups of day time stay of preschool children. As Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn said, supervising bodies at the meeting confirmed, that there are no barrier to creation of such groups. The president also emphasized, that such form not only solves a problem of deficiency of children gardens, but also creates new workplaces, and also saves budgetary funds. «That is the most effective form of preschool education today», - Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn said. In the opinion of the President, more than 12 thousand children who have no place in children gardens can be arranged in groups of day time stay. At the same time here 3 thousand persons with pedagogical education can find a job. It is also favorable for those who has surpluses of a living space - citizens can use them, rending them for "children gardens". Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn asked the Ministry of Education to develop recommendations to these groups, for example, to define the required area per one child, what education programs to apply, how many time tutors should walk with children and others. Thus, as the President of the Republic said the salary of tutors can reach 14 thousand roubles, against today earnings in children gardens - a little more than 5 thousand roubles. Also the employees will get medical insurance policy, will have other rights according to the law. The President of the Republic suggested the heads of rural areas to join to this initiative, and promised to help financially for those who will join.
