Squatters will not be demolished for a while

 

The president of Buryatiya Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn has forbidden force actions against squatters till there will no infrastructure on the places they would move to.

Squatters do not hinder us, we have the same interest - they want lawful residing, and we want it too», - Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn said. «But we can not give land plots yet, and there where we can, there is no infrastructure», - he noted. The President of the Republic of Buryatia said, that one of the citizens of the Republic told in the Internet-blog that he had got a land plot where there were no electricity, water, transport. They can influence the owners of unauthorized constructions only when these problems will be solved, the head of the Republic considers. At the same time the President of Buryatia noted, that they need methodical work on registration of plots on the land where housing construction is not forbidden. Thus citizens who refuse legalization, should understand, that they may face a trial. Court can recognize a land plot ownerless, and then it can be transferred to another person.
