The president of Buryatia: «Profitable houses» can help building branch in crisis

 

The president of Buryatia Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn suggested the Ministry of construction of the Republic of Buryatia together with the building companies of the Republic to consider the opportunity of building of "profitable houses" and legalization of the housing rent market.

Such suggestions were sent by the people of the Republic in the Internet - blog of the President of the Repiblic of Buryatia. As the President said, it is "absolutely correct suggestion". Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn added: it is necessary to discuss what hinders the building companies, what support is necessary for this purpose. Profitable houses, apartments which can be rented, can help building companies. «What the building branch will invest in today? In the construction of habitation? But it is hardly can be sell», - the President of the Republic said. «Thus, we shall help builders to keep the capital: when the economy will leave from recession, builders can sell these apartments and continue to build », - the President of the Republic said.
